How do I set up an Account?

  • If you made your purchase online, your account was created during the purchase process.  You can log in to your account using the email address and password you specified.
  • If your purchase was made over the phone, your NCN sales representative sent you an email containing a link to the account setup page.  If you did not receive this email please call NCN or use the Contact Us link to request the link be emailed to you.

I setup my account, but still cannot access CE Tests. What is wrong?
  • If you just created your account, it may take up to 1 business day before you are authorized to view any programs. This is required for security reasons to ensure integrity of our CE testing system and user account information. An email confirmation will be sent to you notifying that your account has been activated.
  • If you still cannot access tests for your subscribed series, please use the Contact Us link to notify us of the problem.

How long after I set up my account until I can access related materials?
  • You will receive email notification of activation within 1 business day.

I forgot my password – what do I do?

  • Simply click on the “Need help logging in? Click here” link in the Member Log In area and enter your email address. An email containing your password will be sent to you immediately.
